Trees for Troops

For the past 6 years, the Ellms Family has coordinated the ‘Trees for Troops” effort in eastern New York. This year we hope to hit 100,000 trees donated through this program.  On a national basis last year over 18,000 trees were donated and delivered to 25 US bases in 14 different countries. Tree farmers donate the trees and FedEx generously delivers the trees at no charge. In 2011 Ellms’ Christmas Trees will again be the pick-up point for trees donated by eastern New York Christmas tree farmers.
